01. Let's Chat
This is a free discovery call for us to make sure we’re a good fit. This is done via video call. We’ll talk about your goals, visions and any questions you may have.
02. Make it official
We make it official with a contract and first payment - then it’s time to get started. A brand strategy & creative direction questionnaire, whereby I can establish a visual mood board.
03. Create
Once we’re set on the strategy behind your brand, I’ll create your brand identity. For web design clients, I’ll work on the website once the brand design is finalised.
04. Launch time!
We make any final adjustments , then it’s time to show the world what you've been working on! This is my fave part – seeing you launch a brand and website that you LOVE.

For Custom Brand Design, the development process is 3 weeks. For Custom Brand and Website Design, the process is typically 6 weeks.
Yes! A non-refundable 25% deposit is required to hold your spot on my calendar. The remaining balance is split into two further payments, spread across the duration of your project.
I only offer web design to my branding clients.
I provide retainer packages tailored to your needs, with options for 3, 6, or 12 months. Additionally, I'm happy to design a custom retainer package that aligns perfectly with your design needs.
Unfortunately, I am unable to offer individual logo designs at this time.
